Clover Hill Dairy LLP, Soft Ricotta (Requeson), and Soft Ricotta with Jalapenos (Requeson Con Chile). Sold in 2- and 5-gallon buckets, and 10oz, 12oz, and 14oz individually packaged food grade clamshell containers. The 5- and 2-gallon buckets are shrink wrapped. Keep refrigerated.
